Children's Programs:

January - May 2012

WEEKLY STORYCRAFTS

These programs meet once a week and require a one-time only registration.

• Toddle-Time - for the 24-36 month old, along with a parent or caregiver.
  This program is designed to introduce toddlers to the library through stories, rhymes, songs, simple crafts and free-play. FRIDAYS:  9:30-10:00 - February 3, 10, 24, March 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, April 13, 27, May 4, 11, 18, 25 (No Programs Friday, February 17, April 6 and April 20)
  
• Preschool Storycraft - for the 3 to 5 year old. Children will explore through stories, songs, flannel boards, crafts and more. Child should be able to stay without a parent, however, parents should stay in the library.  TUESDAYS:  10:00-10:45 or 1:00-1:45 Beginning February 1- May 24 (No programs April 17)
  

AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAMS

These programs meet once a month and require monthly registration.

• Fun Friday for Kindergartners -
  Kindergartners meet at the library once a month from 2:45-3:45 for an hour of activities including a simple snack.  January 6,February 3, March 9, April 13, May 4,
• Terrific Tuesdays for 1st & 2nd -
  1st & 2nd graders meet at the library once a month from 2:45-3:45 for snack, crafts and other activities. January 10, February 7, March 13, April 10, May 8
• Stinky Cheese Man Club for 3rd & 4th -
  A fun hour of snacks, crazy fractured fairy tales and weird crafts.  FRIDAYS-2:45-3:45 - January 13 (12:45 due to school early dismissal), February 24, March 23 (12:45 due to school early dismissal), April 27, May 18
• Freaky Friday for 5th Graders -
  A weird, sometimes creepy freaky hour of scary, and not so scary stories, and strange mad science experiments. 2:45-3:45 -January 17 (Tuesday) , February 10, March 16, April 24 (Tuesday), May 11
