If there are classics that you have always meant to read ‘someday’ or you would like to reread, this is the group for you! The discussions are led by volunteers and all are welcome to join the discussion.

The library orders multiple copies for the book discussion. Join us and expand your classic book repertoire.

Friday May 1st at 7:00 p.m.

Join yoga instructor Paul Jaehnig for a session of gentle yoga. This program, currently offered in-person at the Sherman Library, is a wonderful way to stretch, relax and unwind.

Classes are free and are open to all adults and no experience is required.

Join this small group of creative writers and share your works in progress, resources, issues, ideas, and expertise. Experiment with writing new works, exploring different genres, and discussing literature while using literary devices, writing prompts, and other exercises to stimulate your muse.

Friday, May 15th at 7:30 p.m.

Every month the Sherman Library hosts a book discussion on the third Friday evening. Everyone is welcome to join, lead, or suggest a book to talk about. It’s fun, causal and informative. Attendees feel comfortable to express themselves and speak their minds. The discussions are led by volunteers and the participants change from book to book.
