Enjoy wine and champagne, sample hors d’ouevres, socialize, and shop. This special event features a silent auction, raffle, and sale of fabulous ladies’ handbags and accessories - for the benefit of the Sherman Library.
This year raffle tickets may be purchased, at the event only, for a chance to win our Bucolic Getaway Prize valued at $500. The package includes spa services to Skin + Tonic in New Milford, an overnight stay in a
lovely room at the Fife ‘n Drum Inn, dinner at Swyft, and breakfast/lunch/brunch at Wilson’s, all in charming Kent.
Early Bird event tickets are $30 each or $50 for a pair in April. Prime tickets are $35 each or $60 a pair May 1st - 20th. Tickets are available at the Library or on-line through May 21st. Tickets are $45 at the door. But….tickets are limited, don’t wait!

We are excited to offer an exceptional raffle prize this year – A Bucolic Getaway valued at $500. Spend the day getting pampered in New Milford, then take a short drive north into Kent for an overnight stay enjoying the charm, culture, and fine food of our idyllic neighboring town.
The package includes: A $150 Gift Certificate towards any spa service at Skin + Tonic in New Milford, one of Connecticut’s top spas, owned by Shermanite Stacey Palancia, to get beautified, toned, and pampered. Then head north into Kent, the quintessential New England small town, right in our own backyard, for an overnight stay at the Fife ‘n Drum, in one of the charming rooms at their Inn (value $200).
